No investment is free of risk. All units can be reserved with a nominal amount of 10 lac Pakistani rupees. After reservation we will agree a time period for the remainder of the deposit to be paid which is normally one month.

A down payment of 30 percent is required to process your order and agree a payment plan for the outstanding balance.

After making the down payment amount, you can choose between monthly or quarterly payments for the remainder of the term.

Discounts can only be issued for units which are paid for in full. The discount amount is generally 5 percent for full payment of the required unit within a month.

All money is deposited directly into our company business account. Account details will be provided by the accounts department.

A booking form will be issued, highlighting the details of the unit purchased, size location, price, payment terms etc. The booking form will be authenticated with company details and a company stamp and approved by the accounts department.

We offer complete flexibility to clients to sell their units at their own convenience even prior to handover and completion of the project.

If you chance your mind, we will make complete effort to sell the unit on your behalf or arrange to buy the unit back at the price you purchased.

We will let and fully manage your shop to a reputable business. The minimum rental return is in line with the market rates of 5 percent annually, some shops can demand up to 10 percent annual returns.

Once the unit has been paid for in full, we will issue an allotment letter directly by Madina Developers. If required you can also obtain Bahria or DHA transfer. These may be subject to additional charges.

Invest early at prelaunch rates, pay the for unit in full to take advantage of discount applicable, hold the purchased inventory until after construction and handover. This time frame will typically provide more than 100% return on investment. Only smart savvy investors will make this move.
